Please be advised we do not accept any refunds or returns due to each item being handmade and custom to you. Please be aware of the 14 day turn around time we have to make the item (this does not include shipping times).

If ordering a snap or tough case in the same order as a handmade item the case will arrive separately. 

 

NO ORDERS CAN BE CANCELLED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE

WE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE ARE RESPONSIBLE IF YOU HAVE ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT AND YOUR PARCEL IS SENT THERE! WE CAN ONLY SEND TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED SO NO REFUND WILL BE MADE IF YOUR PARCEL IS LOST OR DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS.

Please make sure you are following the correct aftercare, we have trialled and tested each charm and can ensure they will last long if this is followed. Please do not pull or stretch charms as they may snap! Each charm is made with nylon string to prevent any breakage. Do not get charms wet as the string may stretch, and charms may chip and tarnish. Unfortunately I am unable to do anything if this is not followed so please be careful!
